About Jay Bednar

Jay grew up in Canton, Oh; the home of the Professional Football Hall Of Fame. Jay was a standout football player at GlenOak High school, earning All-State Honors. Jay also was honored as the GlenOak senior that best exemplified moral and ethical strength, earning him the "Integrity Award" for his graduating class, which remains one of the awards Jay is most proud of. He carries that same method of Integrity into his business, always fighting for the best possible outcome for his clients.

Jay went on to Walsh University where he graduated Cum Laude in only 3 years, earning his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Jay has utilized his education into becoming an excellent marketer for his client's homes. Jay is a fitness enthusiast and loves music.

Jay says his favorite part about real estate is the amount of people he gets to meet and develop relationships with. "I love real estate because a person's home is one of, if not the biggest part of a person's life. Being able to help someone find their dream home, or sell their biggest asset and transition into a new period of their life, is an amazing feeling. I love every minute of it" Jay explains.

Jay feels his biggest strength as a Realtor, and what sets him apart from the thousands of other real estate agents in Southern California, is his ability to connect with his clients, and seek what THEY want, and what is best for THEM.
